Used 2013 DODGE 2500 PICKUP STEERING GEAR RACK

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the part and remains valid only as long as the part is installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased. The warranty is effective for the warranty period associated with the purchase of the vehicle in question. It is non-transferable, except in specific cases for used car dealerships, where the warranty may transfer to the original buyer of the applicable vehicle, but not to subsequent buyers.

90 DAY WARRANTY

1. All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
2. The engine must get a complete tune-up before installation. (seals, filters, plugs, wires, etc.)
3. This warranty does not cover any accessories/attached parts. (water pump, fuel pump, modules, etc.)
4. Engines and transmissions require new seals and new oil 
5. upon installation into the vehicle. This does not cover rear main seals.
6. All cylinder heads and engines have Heat Tabs on them. If the heat tab is melted, missing, or damaged, warranty is VOIDED.
7. All defective engines or transmissions must remain installed in the vehicle until an authorized Adam’s Auto Salvage rep confirms why.
8. Refer to OEM specification only for oil type and levels
9. Transmissions must be reflashed as necessary
10. Transmissions must have lines/coolers flushed
11.  Transmissions are warranted to be in good working conditions against slippage or shifting failures
12.  NO CORES ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE. Core refunds will be made by check unless the buyer paid by Credit/Debit card.
13.   No refunds on special order parts
14.  All glass is sold “AS IS” at the time of sale.
15.  No refunds or returns on BODY CUT SECTIONS
16.  All electrical parts sold “AS IS” (Exchange only)
17.  We may replace the parts, repair the parts, or refund the original purchase. There will not be any LABOR coverage unless stated on original invoice.
18.  Warranty begins the day the invoice is made, not the day of installation.
19.  This warranty is not transferable
20.  This warranty will not cover any parts used in racing activities, damage by accident, or misuse.
21.  Improper installation will automatically VOID the warranty.
22.  We do not take responsibility for car/truck rentals, inconveniences, or loss of downtime.
23.  Damaged or altered parts are non-returnable
24.  All body panels are final from the time of Pickup or Delivery. No returns

ENGINE WARRANTY

1. Before installing the assembly in a vehicle, a new water pump, thermostat, rear main seal, belts, and hoses must be installed. Failure to do so will void the extended warranty.
2. The warranty covers the engine block, cylinder heads, valves, camshafts, connecting rods, bearings, pistons, rings, oil pump, crankshaft, rocker arms, lifters, and other internal components.
3. The extended warranty DOES NOT COVER fuel injection parts, water pumps, all electrical parts, hoses, lines, intake and exhaust manifolds, oil pan, valve cover, timing cover, alternator, starter, wire harness, and gaskets.
4. The warranty covers the following defects: engine knock, excessive smoke, spun bearings, head gasket issues, and problems with pistons or the block.

TRASMISSION WARRANTY

1. Adams Auto Salvage requires the customer to thoroughly flush the transmission cooling system, replace all seals and gaskets, fill the transmission with the manufacturer’s recommended fluid to proper level, and reprogram the transmission as necessary. Failure to do so voids the extended warranty.
2. Slippage, shifting failure, and bearing noise are covered under the extended warranty.
3. Customers must provide proof of proper installation and fluids to Adams Auto Salvage if requested.
